Terms of Use

Last updated: April 2026

By installing or using the Remote Disk iOS app ("the app"), you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on any iOS or iPadOS device that you own or control, subject to the App Store Standard EULA.

Your storage, your responsibility

The app accesses remote storage using credentials that you supply. You are responsible for:

  • the accuracy and security of those credentials;
  • the costs and quotas billed by your storage provider (transfer, request, and storage fees);
  • the lawfulness of the content you store, access, upload, or delete through the app.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer does not warrant that the app will be error-free or that file operations will always complete successfully. Network outages, provider-side errors, and iOS-level eviction of cached files can and do happen. Keep independent backups of any data you cannot afford to lose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of use of the app, including data loss, data corruption, or charges from third-party storage providers.

Acceptable use

You must not use the app to access systems or data you are not authorized to access, or to store or distribute content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or violates a third party's rights.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page.
